We (Bob and Linda Murray) are selling our Treasure Lake membership in Branson. Asking price is $600 and that includes the yearly dues paid until June of 2025.
It’s a part ownership. They have a maximum of 7,000 owners. You receive a deed and access to the 700 acres which contain some 600 RV spots with full hookups. The fee is $12.00 or less per night to park. The park has walking trails, lakes, a cafe, a large entertainment center with scheduled entertainment now and then. Also, they have outdoor entertainment, a large outdoor pool, an indoor heated pool, mini golf, movies indoors and I’m sure I’m missing some other things. You can camp at the same spot for up to three weeks at a time. It’s open for you to pick any specific spot you like when you arrive.
It’s located on the west side of Branson right by the Hwy 76 main road. The yearly fee for ownership is now $250. That’s what they use for all the maintenance, repairs, etc. I’ve already paid this year’s and that’s included with my asking price.
The official price to buy in is $1,500 dollars so my price is far lower.
There is a fee of about $300 dollars which the buyer pays, it’s part of closing costs.
So ballpark figure speaking, $900 total cost to buy my deed or $1,800 to buy in from the office in Branson
One more thing, as an owner you can bring guests who can stay at a very low rate also.
